One of the most effective services MCS offers for software is Remote Assistance over the internet. MCS offers this service for no addition cost, and it is a very effective way to diagnose problems quickly, and get the customer up and running. To make your system compatible for remote assistance, the PC of the equipment that is having problems must be accessible by the internet, and have a web browser. We recommend that you have this available when we install the equipment so our technicians can test it before they leave. Once you have the internet connected correctly, follow this procedure.

If the technician recommends a remote assistance session, setup a convenient time.
