What is Modular Designed Engineering?
.....................................................................................................

MCS Modular Designed Engineering allows MCS customers to get the most out of there investment,. MCS products are designed to be simple, reliable and very modular.

Computers and Connections
For example, our inkjets and camera systems use standard PC’s, without proprietary buss cards. If your PC breaks down, the last thing you want to wait for is a proprietary PC or card. Instead, we use commercially developed protocols like Fire Wire, USB2, and Ethernet connections which makes our systems easier to support and move around.

Components
All of our equipment is designed to be easily moved around. Our controllers are the size of shoe boxes, and have simple connectors. Our print heads can be swap out, and moved around with minimal tools. Our controllers can be daisy chained to become one unit, and separated when another opportunity comes around. Our mounting brackets are designed to mount on any transport, making it more useful throughout your shop.

Bases
All of our bases are designed to work as standalone or inline unites. Unlike other vendors, our feeders are not permanently attached to the base. Our base are reversible, so they can go right to left, or left to right. Our bases are not weighted down, and are designed to be move around easily with a pallet jack, or on there wheels. .
